Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of Kingdom Golf ALIGN, including KGALIGN websites, installed web experiences, mobile applications, connected-course experiences, and related services (collectively, “ALIGN”). By creating an account or using ALIGN, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who may use ALIGN

ALIGN is designed for adult players, coaches, and facility administrators. Player and administrator accounts must be held by adults. A paid Coach who is 16 or 17 may receive restricted employment access only after required guardian consent and facility approval. Junior roster entries are Coach work records, not junior user accounts.

2. Accounts and access

You must provide accurate information, protect your sign-in methods, and use only the role and facility access granted to you. You may not impersonate another person, share restricted staff access, bypass entitlement controls, manipulate points or results, or interfere with ALIGN security.

3. Golf guidance and safety

ALIGN supports practice, play, coaching, and progress tracking. It does not replace a qualified medical professional, emergency service, official Rules decision, or your own judgment about weather, course conditions, physical ability, or personal safety. Stop activity and seek appropriate help if conditions are unsafe or you experience pain or injury.

4. Scores, assessments, points, and rankings

Scores, assessments, progress indicators, rewards, and rankings depend on the information submitted and the validation available for that experience. They may be corrected, rejected, delayed, or removed when records are incomplete, duplicated, abusive, fraudulent, or inconsistent with the applicable challenge or facility rules. ALIGN progress indicators are not a World Handicap System Handicap Index.

5. Purchases, memberships, and course passes

Prices, renewal terms, trial periods, included features, and cancellation options are shown before purchase. Purchases made through an app store are billed, restored, cancelled, and refunded under that store’s rules. Other eligible web purchases may be processed by Stripe. A facility Day Pass or QR entitlement is limited to its stated facility, account, features, and expiration, and may require confirmation that the guest paid the facility.

6. User content and community safety

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Kingdom Golf LLC the limited permission needed to host, process, display, and share that content according to your choices and to operate ALIGN. Do not submit unlawful, threatening, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or unsafe content. Users may report objectionable content and block abusive users. We may review reports and restrict or remove content or accounts to protect users and the service.

7. Privacy and data controls

Our Privacy Policy explains how ALIGN handles personal information. Available account controls may include export, correction, and deletion requests. Some payment, fraud-prevention, payroll, security, or legal records may be retained only as required or permitted by law.

8. Intellectual property

ALIGN software, visual design, branding, original content, and system materials are owned by Kingdom Golf LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. “Kingdom Golf,” “ALIGN,” and related names and graphics identify Kingdom Golf products and services. Patent-pending notices identify subject matter for which patent applications have been filed; they do not promise that a patent will issue.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep ALIGN reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Features may evolve for safety, security, legal compliance, store requirements, technical reliability, or product improvement. Material changes to paid access will be communicated as required by law and applicable billing-platform rules.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using ALIGN and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations of these Terms, fraud, security threats, abuse, unlawful activity, or conduct that puts people or the service at risk. Where appropriate, we will provide notice or a way to contact us about the decision.

11. Disclaimers and limits

To the extent permitted by law, ALIGN is provided “as is” and “as available.” Kingdom Golf LLC disclaims implied warranties that may legally be disclaimed. Kingdom Golf LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of ALIGN. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by Florida law, without overriding consumer protections that apply where you live. Questions, safety reports, and legal notices may be sent to ganszy419@aol.com.
