Device permissions

Permission control

Microphone: Used only after you activate ALIGN Voice or ALIGN Swing. ALIGN does not record or store voice audio. Your browser may transmit audio to its speech-recognition provider: Chrome commonly uses Google services, while Safari and iOS processing depends on Apple and device settings.
Camera: Used only while scanning a course QR code. Video is not uploaded or stored.
Location: Used during Play for pin drops and course context. You can continue with manual entry when location is unavailable.
Bluetooth: Requested only when you choose to pair supported course hardware.

Permissions remain controlled in your browser or device settings and can be revoked at any time.

Kingdom Golf ALIGN does not permit harassment, hate, threats, sexual exploitation, impersonation, privacy abuse, spam, or manipulation of competitions and leaderboards.

We review good-faith reports, protect reporters from retaliation, remove or restrict violating content and accounts, preserve necessary evidence, and escalate credible safety threats when required. Repeated or severe abuse can result in permanent removal.

How ALIGN handles data

ALIGN uses account, player-development, course-session, roster, assessment, and payroll information only to provide the requested Kingdom Golf services. Data is not sold and is not used to create advertising profiles.

Junior registration and assessment information must be provided or authorized by a parent, guardian, or authorized program administrator. Parents and guardians may request access, correction, or deletion of a junior player record.

Service providers receive only the information necessary to operate ALIGN. Operational and legally required payroll records follow applicable retention requirements.
